Kandy Cloud Desk is a serviced apartment building in Kandy with 8 units for up to 13 residents. The work room has proper desks, monitors on request and a phone booth, so nobody takes calls in the kitchen. It suits people who come to get things done: calm rooms, good desks and a no-parties rule. Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning, which keeps long stays affordable.

Lovely place with a really good crowd. Rooms are simple but comfortable, with good mattresses. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Felt at home from the first evening. Desks by the window and a backup router meant zero downtime. The coworking room is properly set up: good chairs, monitors and a quiet booth for calls. Whenever something broke, Amila had it fixed the same day. Only downside: the road outside can be noisy in the morning.

Mixed feelings overall. I had calls with Europe every evening and the Wi-Fi never dropped once. Amila was incredibly helpful with everything from SIM cards to scooter rental. There were a couple of power cuts, but the 4G backup kept us online.

A calm, friendly base for a month of work. A peaceful house, and quiet hours are respected. Quiet enough to actually focus, which is what I needed. My room was spacious and had a great desk. Bring mosquito repellent for the evenings.

A really well-run house. Very fair price for what you get, with utilities, cleaning and Wi-Fi included. Amila shared all the best food spots nearby. The walls are thin, so earplugs help. Highly recommend it for anyone working remotely.
